Thanksgiving Platter

Decorate your Thanksgiving table with this cute turkey platter. It will be the hit of the party.

Thanksgiving Turkey-Shaped Cheese Platter Appetizer. This awesome platter is shaped like a Thanksgiving turkey The turkey head and body is made out of a pear, and the feathers are made out of the layers of grapes, cheese, salami, and crackers! This is a perfect Thanksgiving appetizer!

• 6 oz Ritz crackers
• red and green grapes
• 5 oz Cheddar cheese slices
• 5 oz pepper Jack cheese cubes
• 4 oz Salami slices
• 1 pear
• Chocolate Chips

1. Prepare a large plate or a tray, at least 16 inches in diameter.
2. Cut the back of the pear so it will lay flat and lay on the tray. Cut out the feet, and beak from the cheddar cheese slice and arrange it on the bottom of the tray as shown in the picture. Add the chocolate chips for the eyes.
3. Arrange red grapes around the turkey head and body.
4. Next, arrange the pepper jack cubes around the grapes.
5. The next layer is green grapes also around the turkey.
6. Arrange a layer of Salami slices
7. Arrange the Cheddar cheese slices around Salami, to go partially under the Salami slices and overlap each other.
8. Arrange the Ritz crackers around at the bottom of the tray as shown in the picture.

Notes: If refrigerating for later, wrap the turkey cheese platter in a plastic wrap to prevent salami and cheese from drying out.
